We manufacture a full range of PCBs including Single-Sided PCBs, Double-Sided PCBs, Multilayer PCBs (up to 16 layers), Aluminum PCBs (MCPCBs), and Metal Core PCBs. Each type is engineered to meet specific performance and application requirements across various industries.

We accept Gerber files (RS-274X), ODB++ files, and design files from popular EDA tools including Altium Designer, Eagle, KiCad, and OrCAD. We also accept DXF files for board outlines and drill files in Excellon format. Contact us if you need help preparing your design files.

Our standard specifications include board thickness from 0.4mm to 3.2mm, copper weight from 1oz to 4oz, minimum trace width/spacing of 0.1mm/0.1mm, minimum drill size of 0.2mm, and surface finishes including HASL, ENIG, OSP, and Immersion Silver. We support FR4, Aluminum, and Metal Core base materials.

Yes, we offer complete PCB assembly services including SMT (Surface Mount Technology) assembly, through-hole assembly, and mixed assembly. We handle component sourcing, soldering, inspection, and testing. Provide us with your BOM (Bill of Materials) and we'll take care of the rest.

Absolutely. We manufacture PCBs in any custom shape and size using CNC routing and V-scoring. Whether you need circular, hexagonal, or any irregular shape, our CNC machines ensure precise cuts. Simply provide the board outline in your Gerber or DXF file and we will produce it accordingly.

No — there is no minimum order quantity at OM Electronics. We manufacture PCBs from a single prototype piece to large production runs of thousands. Whether you need 1 board for prototyping or 10,000 boards for mass production, we deliver with the same quality standards.

Standard lead time is 4–7 working days for most PCB types. Express options are available with delivery in as little as 24–48 hours for simple single and double-sided boards. Lead times for multilayer PCBs and special materials may vary. Contact us for a precise timeline based on your requirements.

We ensure 100% of boards pass quality checks before shipment.

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you receive a defective PCB due to a manufacturing error, we will replace it at no additional cost. Yes, all our PCBs are manufactured using RoHS-compliant (Restriction of Hazardous Substances) materials and processes. We use lead-free solder and halogen-free materials where required. RoHS compliance documentation can be provided with your order upon request.

We are a reliable manufacturer and take full responsibility for our products. If defective boards are found, we first assess the nature of the defect. If required, we request the boards to be shipped back so our engineers can analyse them and provide a resolution as quickly as possible. To minimise such issues, we perform functional testing before shipment to guarantee soldering quality and full functionality.
